01: Design

Tell us what you want, what you really, really want

When it comes to design, you have plenty of options:

1. Use our designs as-is: We send you our detailed portfolio and price list. Simply browse and pick the designs you want. Mention the number of units and sizes you need when placing your order.

For an initial preview of our portfolio, visit our Gallery.

2. Make our designs your own: We'll share our detailed portfolio with you. If you see something you like but want to make some adjustments (such as changing the fabrics or trims), we can customize the design to your specifications.

For a peek into the range of customizations possible, check out Our Services.

3. Create something completely new: Share your concept with us and our team of experts will work their magic to bring it to life. Ideas can be shared through mood boards, pictures, rough sketches and even descriptive notes (for example, "I want chevrons smocked on a dress in a range of pastels. Use a solid cotton base. Size 12m").

Total time is taken for this step: 1 day (off-the-shelf design, no customization) to 15 days (completely new, custom design)

02: Sampling

Don't stop believing

Once we create a design that looks good on paper, it's time to test it out in the real world. Samples are most commonly used to trial custom/new designs. It's a great way to build confidence in your design and make sure it's ready for mass production.

We can send you physical swatches of fabrics and trims to choose from (there is a charge for postage), or photo references. Once you've given us the final specifications for your sample, we'll get to work creating it.

If you are creating custom fabrics or trims (e.g.: buttons or lace), we will create samples of this too in 2 weeks.

Sample pricing: We typically charge a fee of USD 30 per sample (varies based on the garment's specifications). We accept payments on PayPal for sample orders.

Total time taken for this step: 30 - 45 days (depending on complexity /  level of customization of the garment)

03: Wholesale production & QC

Started from the sample now we're here

After you've approved the sample, we'll finalize the order with you and get started on production. To keep you informed, we'll send you weekly updates on the progress of your order as well as stage-by-stage updates on our quality control process.

As part of the production, we will also manufacture name labels, hang tags, and wash-care labels based on your specifications.

Billing: We'll send you an invoice before production begins. Please note that we only accept bank transfers for payment of wholesale orders. We'll provide the necessary account details on the invoice.
To start production, we'll need a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% can be paid just prior to the shipment of finished goods.

Total time taken for this step: Approx. 60 days for up to 500 units of an off-the-shelf design with no customizations.
For custom orders, we will discuss the timelines with you and endeavor to get the products to you as soon as possible.

04: Shipping and dispatch

Leaving on a jet plane

We're all set to ship your products! There are two options here too:

1. Pre-paid: We can air freight your order through UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. Shipments typically arrive within 4-7 business days. The cost of shipping will be included in our invoice.

2. Freight collect:
If you have a special rate account with FedEx, DHL, or UPS, we can send your order (freight collect) under your account number. You will be responsible for paying shipping directly to the shipping company, and the cost will not be included in our invoice.

In both cases, customs fees, import duties and taxes, and clearance charges in your country are not included and have to be paid by you.

Once the products are shipped,
we will email the tracking details to you.
