The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What sizing options do I have?
    We will send you a sizing chart with your order confirmation. However, Strawberry Stripes custom manufactures every order so if you have special requirements, we would be happy to send you a sizing sheet where you can fill out your individual specifications. Be sure to ask for a sizing sheet when you confirm your order.
  • Can I make garments under my label?
    Yes, you can. You will need to send us the label design and size specifications. Labels are made in minimum rolls of 1000 labels. If you don’t need so many we can hold the rest for future orders or return the excess to you. The cost of the labels will be communicated to you once we see the design and size specifications.
  • What fabric/trim options do I have?
    We have access to a wide range of woven fabrics and laces, ribbons, buttons and trims. We will send you links and share details of options available once we know what your requirements are. We only work with woven fabrics though –we don’t make any garments with knits or stretchy fabrics – so no tees!
  • Can I get samples of what I see on the website?
    Yes, you can. Tell us what styles you want samples of and sample sizes. Samples are charged at a minimum of USD 30 per piece plus shipping and can be higher depending on the sample. Sampling orders take 10-30 days depending on the number of samples required.
  • How do I place an order? How do I get samples of my designs?
    You can mail us directly at info@strawberrystripes.com to place an order. To see how you can customize your order check out Manufacturing Services.
  • Can I order from the styles you have pictures of on the website?
    Yes, you absolutely can. Please mail us at info@strawberrystripes.com with your requirements. Tell us which styles you like and approximate order quantities. We will send you a price list. Fabrics may change depending on what is available and yes, we will let you know what is in stock.
  • What labels do the RTS garments have?
    The garments have wash care/ size labels but no name labels. You can have your name labels added at an extra cost. Please note that we will need an additional 15 days to send out orders that require custom labelling.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept Paypal for sample order payments. Larger orders need to be paid for via bank transfers. We will give you details on how to do this at the time of order confirmation.
  • What options are available for shipping?
    There are two options available for shipping. 1. Prepaid: Air freight the parcels through UPS or DHL. The shipment will then reach you in about 4-7 working days. Shipping is paid by us and will be added to our invoice. 2. Freight Collect: If you already have an account with a shipping partner with special rates, do let us know. We could then courier it, and freight collects, under your account number. In this case, shipping is paid by you directly to the shipping company and will not be included in our invoice. You can choose the mode of shipping when confirming your order.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?
    No, there is no minimum order quantity. We believe you know best what will sell for you and we don’t want to force you to commit to minimums. You can place your order for any quantity, style, and size. Prices do depend on order quantity though.
  • What are the additional costs (import duties, taxes, customs charges)?
    Our invoice does not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges into your country. These are extra and need to be paid for by you. You could check with UPS/DHL on current import costs into your country.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We make all our clothes on order. Once you confirm and pay for your order, we cannot make changes or cancellations. We do hope you will love the clothes we make for you and we will take great care to ensure that our garments meet the highest standards.In the unlikely event that you do find a manufacturing defect, you can return the garment. Please e-mail us (within 1 week of receipt of goods) with details of any defects and we will inform you of the procedure to return them. You can exchange defective goods for any other garments available with us at that time or take the credit against future purchases. We don’t give refunds on shipping, import, and customs costs and the returns need to be sent back to us at your cost.
