| Strawberry Stripes clothes are made to order. You can specify the sizing and quantity in every style so that your order is just right for your business. This means that there is no standardised price list. To help us work out an appropriate price list for you, please take a few minutes to register with us in the Price List page. You will get a price quote from us in 2 working days. |

| How do I place an order? |
| Please register with us on the Price List page to get a price quote. If the quotation is acceptable, send us your payment in confirmation and we will get started on your order. You can mail us directly at info@strawberrystripes.com for all further follow up on your order. |

| What sizing options do I have? |
| You can check on details of sizing on our Sizing page. However, Strawberry Stripes custom makes every order so if you have special requirements, we would be happy to send you a sizing sheet where you can fill out your individual requirements. Be sure to ask for a sizing sheet when you confirm your order. |

| How long will it take for an order to be fulfilled? |
| Each Strawberry Stripes garment is individually hand embroidered and stitched. In general, the handcrafting could take anywhere between 4-8 weeks; and this could extend for larger, specialised orders. We're sure you will find the wait has been worth it. We will provide you with delivery schedules when we send you the price list. |

| How do I pay? |
You could use one of the following modes:
1. Cashiers check payable to "Strawberry Stripes" sent to our Mailing Address.
2. A bank to bank wire transfer payable to "Strawberry Stripes". Please mail us for more information on bank transfer details if this is the preferred payment mode.
At present, Strawberry Stripes does not accept credit card or online payments. |

| What options are available for shipping? |
| There are several options available for shipping.
1. Prepaid :Air freight the parcels through UPS. The consignment will then reach you in about 4-7 working days. Shipping is paid by us and will be added in our prices.
2. Freight Collect :If you already have an account with Fedex/ DHL/ UPS with special rates, do let us know. We could then courier it, freight collect, under your account number. In this case, shipping is paid by you directly to the shipping company and will not be included in our prices.

| How much is shipping/handling cost? |
| Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package. When you send us your order we will check on the weight of the garments you have ordered and calculate the cost of shipping. We will send you this information along with the price quote. |

| What additional costs will I have to bear to import garments into my country? |
| Our price quote will not include import duties / customs charges levied by your customs or clearing agents on entry into your country. These have to be borne by you. You can check with your shipping / clearing agent (i.e, UPS, Fedex, DHL) on prevailing rates. |

| Is there a minimum order quantity? |
| No, there is no minimum order quantity. You could place your order for any quantity, style and size you want. Better prices are available when your order quantity is larger. |

| Can you make the garments under my name label? |
| We can make the garments under your name label. There is no additional cost if the labels are supplied by you. If the labels are to be made by us, we will charge you for the cost of making the labels. |

| Will you make clothes to my design specifications? |
| Strawberry Stripes will be happy to produce garments to your specifications/designs. Check out our Custom Order service |

| Do I have a choice of materials? |
| If you would like to have our designs made for you in alternative fabrics or alternative colors, please Contact Us with your requirements and we would be happy to source alternative fabrics for you. |

| How do I get a catalog/sample? |
Our only catalog is what you see on our website.
You could ask for a sample of the garments you are interested in by registering for a Price List. We charge for all samples. Our samples are also made on order, so it will take about 10 days from the date we receive your payment for a sample to be completed and sent out to you. |

| What is your returns policy? |
| Strawberry Stripes makes its clothes only on specific orders from customers. We do not accept cancellations of orders that have been confirmed and paid for.
We take great care to make sure our garments meet the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you do find a manufacturing defect, you can return the garment. Please e-mail us (within 1 week of receipt of goods) with details of any defects and we will inform you of the procedure to return them. You can exchange defective goods for any other garments available with us at that time or take credit against future purchases. The garments must be returned to us at your cost. We are not responsible for any losses in transit. |
